30-day returns

Request a return within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery by emailing contact@garotanos.store with the order number and reason. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending the item.

Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, complete, and in original packaging with tags and accessories. Final-sale, personalized, gift-card, and opened hygiene items are excluded except when defective or required by law.

Shipping responsibility

Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns and remain responsible until delivery. Garotanos pays reasonable return shipping for incorrect, defective, or damaged items. Authorized returns are sent to 11761 BARB CT, LARGO, FL 33778, USA.

Refund timing

After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Financial institutions may take additional time. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or law requires otherwise.
