Processing

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing that business day; later orders begin processing the next business day.

Rates and destinations

We offer Free Standard Shipping on ALL US orders with no minimum purchase required. We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Delivery and tracking

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking is emailed when available. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and remote destinations may extend delivery. Customers must provide a complete address and should contact us immediately about corrections.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us with the order number and photos where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund when the claim is validated.
